Damien Bailey
Damien Bailey, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of diverse clinical experience spanning emergency medicine, telehealth, occupational health, pain management, primary care, wellness services, and clinical research. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining excellence in clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and healthcare innovation.
Mr. Bailey currently serves as a Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth clinical care services. His extensive experience includes telemedicine hormone replacement, GLP therapy, chronic disease management, primary care, emergency medicine, pain management, and clinical pharmaceutical research. He continues to contribute to healthcare improvement through chart auditing, clinical quality oversight, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bailey has held leadership positions including director of APP’s and practice owner, where he successfully managed clinical operations, mentored healthcare professionals, implemented quality improvement initiatives, and ensured regulatory compliance. His entrepreneurial and leadership experience has provided him with a unique perspective on healthcare delivery, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
A graduate of Clemson University with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Mr. Bailey also earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina Upstate. He maintains licensure in more than 25 states and territories, allowing him to provide care across a broad geographic footprint and support healthcare access through both in-person and telehealth modalities.
